Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the participating businesses and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must:

• Follow all four participating accounts on Instagram: @NestieUK, @Gus&Beau, @MagicCat, and @Cottontwist
• Like the giveaway post
• Tag 3 friends in the comments. Each additional tag counts as an extra entry.
• BONUS: Share the giveaway post on your Instagram story and tag @NestieUK, @Gus&Beau, @MagicCat, and @Cottontwist to gain 5 extra entries.

1. Competition Period:
   The competition is open from the date of the post until 1 pm GMT on the 14th of March. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
2. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
3. Prize:
   The prize consists of the following items:

• A Nestie Solid Ash Book Caddy
• A Green & Cream playmat from @Gus&Beau
• Nature in a Nutshell & 5-Minute Nature Stories from @MagicCat
• A craft bundle from @Cottontwist

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.

   The personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with any third parties outside of the competition process.
2. Publicity:
   By entering this competition, participants consent to the use of their names and Instagram handles in promotional material, including but not limited to social media posts.
