Shipping and Delivery

For in-stock items: 

Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 working days to let you know your order is on the way! 



For hand-made or made-to-order items:

Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 working days to let you know your order is on the way! These lead times may extend to 7-10 days if our workshop is especially busy or at the busiest times of year.

 

Orders that contain multiple items of different lead times will be dispatched together once all items are ready to post to save on shipping costs and additional delivery journeys. 

  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING :

Orders are generally shipped within 1-5 days, depending on whether the item is in stock or it is made or finished to order, using Royal Mail, UPS or DHL. A flat rate shipping fee of £4.95 for standard 2-3  business day delivery applies to orders shipping to the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

We also offer an express delivery using one of the above delivery partners.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:   

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer £4.95 flat rate, 2-3 business day shipping to Mainland UK and next working day shipping for £6.95. These times do not include order processing time. 

Orders of value of £60 or more qualify for free standard shipping to Mainland UK. Free standard shipping for orders over £60 does not include order processing time.
