Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer: This giveaway is organized by Nestie Home Ltd, info@nestie.co.uk.
2. Eligibility: Open to residents of UK aged 18 or older. Employees of Nestie, their families, and affiliates are not eligible.
3. Entry Period: Starts on 14/11/24 and ends on 27/11/24 at 8pm GMT.
4. How to Enter: To enter, follow our Instagram page, like the post, and tag 3 friends in the comments. Each extra tag then counts as one entry.
5. Prize: One winner will receive one Nestie bed set of their choice, designs are shown on the website and the bedding is available in a choice of Single or Toddler size. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen randomly and contacted via Instagram DM within 48 hours of the giveaway’s end.
7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be shipped within 14 business days after the winner has confirmed their address.
8. Publicity Rights: By entering, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle and name in promotional materials.
9. Privacy: Personal information will be used solely for contacting the winner and delivering the prize.
10. Liability: Nestie Home Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues or entries lost due to Instagram errors.
